This policy is to ensure employees and visitors of Web-Hed Technologies, Inc. (dba ”Webhead”) can effectively access public company content, information and communication technologies. This policy covers all online public content and technology, including websites, mobile website, electronic documents, forms, videos. It is our company’s aim to make content and technology accessible to widest audience, to include current and prospective employees, clients, and the general public.

At Webhead we seek to ensure all of our websites and web applications conform to Level AA success criteria of W3C WAI WCAG 2.1. This applies to both customer-facing and “for internal use”. We also aim to ensure that our authoring tools conform to all Level AA criteria of Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines (ATAG).
This policy applies to all new, updated, and existing web content on http://www.webheadtech.com
and all content provided internally through our Intranet.
As of August 02, 2018, Webhead public web content meets WCAG 2.1, Level AA conformance with one Exception. By September 30, 2018, all vendors of content management systems (CMS) used by Webhead should provide information regarding their plans for ATAG 2.0 conformance in future versions of their software. Effective immediately, our company will preferentially purchase ATAG conformant authoring tools.
Third-Party content providers
This policy applies to all web content produced or updated by Webhead. Our company will ensure third-party content providers are aware of our web accessibility policy. This does not include user-generated content. We will aim to favor providers based on their accessibility conformance claims.
Monitoring and review process
Webhead will review all areas of the website every year. We will follow the Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology process. Reviews are the responsibility of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Business Unit. Accessibility checks will be incorporated into the publishing workflow for all new content.
Our public facing website global footer will include a hyperlink to Webhead’s Accessibility Policy page with an email address firstname.lastname@example.org
allowing users to submit feedback on the site. We will compile and consider this information during the review process. We will respond to any feedback within 48 hours of submission.
